Lithia Forensics & Consulting, LLC is a group private practice based in Salem, Oregon. We provide forensic mental health evaluations and consultation services throughout the state. Although the practice is based in Salem and it is expected that the applicant would reside in the state, psychologists have the ability to telecommute for the majority of their working time.

The practice is looking for an evaluator (either Oregon licensed or eligible to become licensed in Oregon) to join our practice in a full-time role. The psychologist would primarily be conducting forensic evaluations and should have experience assessing fitness to proceed/competency to stand trial and criminal responsibility/GEI/NGRI. Opportunities providing training to psychologist residents through the ABFP waiver eligible fellowship and legal consultation are also available.

We offer competitive compensation that is commensurate with the experience, specialties, and certifications of the applicant. Employees receive 8-weeks of paid leave, 100 percent of benefit costs covered (e.g. health, dental, vision), retirement (with a five percent employer match), travel-related expenses (as necessary), and a professional development stipend. While the psychologist would be expected to complete a threshold number of hours, they have flexibility in hours/days worked. We also offer a bonus structure to allow for additional earning potential.
