Lithia Forensics & Consulting, LLC is a group private practice based in Portland, Oregon. We provide forensic mental health evaluations and consultation services throughout the state. Although the practice is based in Portland, and it is expected that the applicant would reside in the state, psychologists can telecommute for the majority of their working time.

The practice is seeking an evaluator (either Oregon-licensed or eligible to become licensed in Oregon) to join our practice in a full-time role. The psychologist would primarily conduct forensic evaluations and should have experience assessing fitness to proceed/competency to stand trial and criminal responsibility/GEI/NGRI. Opportunities providing training to psychologist residents through the ABFP waiver-eligible fellowship and legal consultation are also available.

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with the applicant's experience, specialties, and certifications (approximate range of $120,000.00 - $160,000.00). Employees receive 8 weeks of paid leave, 100 percent of benefit costs covered (e.g., health, dental, vision), retirement (with a 5 percent employer match), travel-related expenses (as necessary), and a professional development stipend. While the psychologist would be expected to complete a threshold number of hours, they have flexibility in hours/days worked. We also offer a bonus structure to increase earning potential.
